Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • What can I use virtual care for? Virtual care is for non-emergency medical conditions, such as cold, flu, earache, sore throat, nausea, etc.
  • Can I get prescriptions filled? If a medication is needed, the Community Virtual Care provider will send a prescription directly to your preferred pharmacy. *Non-narcotic medications only.
  • How do I request an appointment? To get started, register and activate your free account below; you'll be asked to provide medical history during registration. Then, you can see a provider right away or schedule at a time that works for you!

Patricia English, MDPatricia English, MD

Dr. English graduated in 1989 from IUPUI with bachelor of science degree in chemistry. She graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed her family practice residency at St. Francis Hospital. Dr. English has been a family practitioner on the south side of Indianapolis since 1993. She joined Community Physician Network in December of 2011 and has worked at MedCheck since 2016.

She is married to Jeffrey, a middle school math teacher, and they have four adult children. In her spare time, Dr. English enjoys reading, baking and playing with their dogs.
