This program offers virtual appointments with Kassy Mohler, PharmD, a Kokomo-based pharmacist who works with Kokomo Schools, Employee Health and Dr. Backer. Appointments with the pharmacist will be at no cost to plan members, spouses, and dependents and will include individualized:

Emily Backer, MDDr. Backer is board certified in family medicine and has more than 10 years of experience in primary care. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She is married, a mother of two, and an active community volunteer.
Visit Dr. Backer for preventive care as well as immediate and primary care services. She looks forward to partnering with you and your family to meet your healthcare needs.
Kassy Mohler, PharmDKassy is a board-certified ambulatory pharmacist. She completed her pharmacy education at Butler College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences followed by two years of post-graduate residency at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY, with a focus on ambulatory care.
She has worked in the Kokomo area with Community Health Network and endocrinology and primary care clinics for more than three years.
Kassy's special areas of interest are diabetes management, patient education, public health and cardiovascular risk reduction.
